I’m so glad I chose Wai Kiu to care for my cat. She provided him excellent surroundings and comfort. Every day she spent time with him and kept me informed with messages and photos showing me how he was doing. I could tell he felt happy at her home and in her care. My 2 cats boarded with Wai Kiu for 2 weeks and I was so happy with the experience. I was given 24-hour live video access, and daily updates with photos and videos. The cats were kept in a well equipped room with a large window. Wai Kiu would play with them everyday once they were over their shyness. I'd definitely rebook her again!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Wai Kiu. From the moment we met, it was clear how much she genuinely care for animals. She was incredibly professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail of our pet’s routine. Our Only Cat "kai", who can be a bit shy around new people, warmed up to them almost immediately—which says a lot! We received regular updates, photos, and even a few sweet notes about how the day went, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It’s such a relief to know our pet KAI was in such loving and capable hands.
