Taylor is a great pet sitter! My dog loves her. I appreciate how well she communicates and the care she takes with my dog and my house.

"We can’t thank Taylor enough for her amazing care of our two pups. Dealing with an out-of-state funeral was stressful, but Taylor’s consistent 'pupdates' and tidy house-sitting allowed us to focus on family without worry. She truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her again! 🐶✨"

From regular pupdates to frequent walks, Elisa (Taylor) was every dog owners' dream. She is excellent with communication and follow-through, and she gave me detailed description of what to expect when leaving my dog with her for the first time. She kept my dog engaged with brain-stimulating activities in addition to physically active play time. My favorite part? Taylor let my dog sleep in bed with her! We will deal be back to visit soon.

Taylor is fantastic! She’s so good with Henry, and he is very comfortable with her. She has been such a great host for him.

Thank you for showing so much love to our fur baby!!

There are really only two words that can adequately describe Taylor: Above and Beyond. She is SO incredibly kind, thoughtful, and thorough. Talk about going the extra mile -- during a brief check-in appointment, she even brought in our mail and took out the garbage. How's that for exceeding expectations? And of course, the most important part, when we got home, our dogs were fed, happy, and well. She will absolutely be our go-to resource for future needs, and I've already shared her info with my fellow pet parents.

Taylor went above and beyond to ensure my sweet pup and my house were well taken care of. Her updates were thorough. She was very thoughtful about the entire experience for me.

Elisa was amazing! My girls loved her & were taken well care of. She provided lots of updates and pictures, which helped ease my anxiety leaving my babies and always responded quickly. My house was left in better condition than when I left. I would highly recommend Elisa and will book again next time I travel!

Taylor was great! She accommodated my work schedule, provided clear and frequent communication and great care for my dog. Highly recommend

Thanks for taking care of our Pups!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Taylor. She graciously agreed to a very last minute booking after my other sitter had to drop out for personal reasons. I confirmed before booking that staying overnight was no problem as this is what works best for my animals and she confirmed that was not a problem. We also did a meet and great before I left town. However, once the stay started she showed up several hours after the booking was supposed to start, no biggie they’re used to being home during the day but after feeding them dinner she left and did not return until the next morning. I have a security system so I know exactly how long she was at my house. I was only informed after the fact that she had other plans and clients that conflicted with the booking. She insisted she would be back at my house for the rest of the day and through each night as her family/friends were helping her with the other clients. She also made a vague mention of her father helping her but at the time I did not understand she possibly intended for her father to help with my pets. This is a man that I have never met nor has met my animals and that was extremely concerning to me. Being 10 hours away and anxious about your pets care is not great. When she was not present for dinner time on day 2, my partner went to the house check on the pets. Taylor arrived while he was there and I informed her via telephone the lack of communication and reliability made me feel unsafe with her continuing to watch my animals and I ended the contract just two days in. After we ended the booking and I contacted Rover support, she sent me many long messages with excuses and upset about how things went. While I know life can be crazy, I wish she had simply not accepted the booking if she was unable to comply with the specifics. I had to make last-minute arrangements for my pets, which was stressful but the best decision for my dogs.

Taylor did SUCH a great job - she went above and beyond to take care of my two dogs and communicate with me, addressing problems and even tidying up the house! She takes her job seriously and we really appreciated her professionalism and competence.

Extremely pleased with Taylor’s services and care, house sitting , dog sitting, and boarding. Takes great care of our pup. She’s very thought and respectful. Sends us multiple pictures and updates throughout the day. Returns calls and texts quickly as well.

Taylor is amazing! She was so patient and flexible with our animals’ variety of needs, and kept our home neat and tidy. She sent photos and updates throughout our whole visit! We are so excited to book her again.

I cannot recommend Elisa enough! She went above and beyond not only taking excellent care of my dogs but my house as well! It was so nice coming home to two happy dogs and a spotless house! I will absolutely be booking with her from here on out. Thanks so much Elisa!!!!

I am not normally a person who leaves reviews but this was such a weird and honestly disappointing experience. I have a very anxious and traumatized senior dog, that I use Rover to hire dog sitters for. I love my dog sitters, and I always make sure to stock my house with everything they need during their stay, because I need a dog sitter who stays at my house while I am gone, with minimal time leaving. I am absolutely happy to pay for this because it is such a good stretch of time I would want a dog sitter to stay at my house. I was very upfront with Taylor when I did the meet and greet. She told me then that she would not be leaving my house while sitting, and would make sure she had no other clients to deal with while she was with my dog. I booked her from 10am Friday to 5pm Monday. I left my house at 9:30am Friday and noticed at 10:30am she had still not arrived. I texted and asked what time she planned to get there. She said “early afternoon” as she had a daycare client she was with. I just left this woman with my address, house key, and dog, so I simply said “okay sounds good” and hoped this was just a miscommunication. I asked if she had any other clients this weekend and she said no, all good. I notice at 4:00p she is still not at my house. My dog has been kenneled since 9:30a this morning. I text and ask where she is and Taylor does not text back until an hour later saying her client was running late and she will be at my house by 6:00pm. She arrived at my house at 7:30pm. She then tells me she is inviting over a friend for dinner. Thank goodness everything went okay because going back to look at my ring, she had invited a man neither I, or my MALE AGGRESSIVE DOG, have never met before. I do not bring any men around my dog, because she is extremely anxious around them, and has tried to bite a man in the past. Taylor says she has a lot of experience with dogs, so I was shocked she would invite a man into the home of an unknown dog like this. This could have been such a dangerous situation! On Saturday she texted me that she was doing a long list of cleaning at my house. I have a very specific system at my house when it comes to cleaning, and I had just deep cleaned the day before she arrived. Washed all of my towels, organized my things, mopped, etc. I told her not to worry about this, and to just relax, I would even prefer to clean after her stay myself! She then let me know at 11:00am she had left my house at around 10:00am to go run errands and get groceries for her uncle. She did not come back to my house until 7:30p. 8 1/2 hours of my dog in the kennel, when I am paying extra money for an extended stay to have someone stay with her and avoid this completely. On Sunday she sent me another detailed list of all of the things she was cleaning in my house. I once again asked her please to not clean anything, I am super specific about how my house is cleaned and I would love to do that once I am home from my trip. On Monday I had her booked until 5:00pm. I had a 6 hour drive back home, so I texted her at 9:00am saying I will be home around 6:00pm, and she is welcome to leave a couple hours early if she needs to. She responded saying she has another client at 10:00am. So my dog was once again in a kennel until I got home close to 8:00pm because of traffic. I was hoping she would leave only a couple hours early so my dog would only be in the kennel 2-3 hours, rather than the 10 hours it ended up being because Taylor left 7 hours before the booking ended. She left at 10am. I paid her through 5pm. Upon returning home I was in shock. Everything I own has been rearranged. All of my bathroom storage baskets had had their belongings switched and moved around. My vanity in my bedroom was emptied, and her contents put in random drawers in my bathroom and kitchen. The note on my bathroom mirror my grandmother and mother wrote to me on a recent visit has been washed off. There is a towel scattered around my house I have never seen. My towels have a strange stiffness to them I have never noticed. All of my coffee pods and flavor packets for drinks have been dumped into a random fruit bowl and all of their boxes thrown away. My bedside table had been cleared out of its content and personal items I had wrapped in a hoodie in my bedroom dresser are missing. This may sound little Karen-y, but I can actually find nothing in my house, and it feels so unbelievably invasive to know someone went through all of my things and jumbled them up around my house. I asked if she had placed my personal items from my bedroom dressers anywhere and she sent back 3 large paragraphs about her not touching anything in my house, and only having cleaned up for me to relax when I came home. I can find absolutely nothing and the 20 minutes it took me this morning to find a singular pair of tweezers were unbelievably stressful. They were in my silverware drawer. Taylor kept my dog alive, medicated, fed, and watered. She went out at least 2x a day and that is all amazing. But I paid extra money so my dog would be cared for and not put in her kennel for long periods of the day while I am out of state. That is not at all what I got and I don’t want the next pet owner to be disappointed as well.

Coyote is finishing up his first week of Doggy Day care! I must admit this has been the best experience I have had with any one on Rover in the past like 7 years. Elise was very attentive as he is only 4 months. I get updates and videos all day. She took the time his first day to take him to the pet store so he could pick out a toy. Takes him to the park daily so when I am off work he is all tired out and ready to chill with me for the night. She is like a co-parent helping with potty training and training daily. He knows his name now just after spending 1 week with her. Elise is a very trustworthy person, although I feel like crying when he watches me leave I know he is in exceptional hands. Cant want to continue this journey with her weekly and we have our first week of boarding coming up this Month!!!

Elisa is absolutely amazing! I was nervous using Rover for the first time for my pups (I normally board them) and I’m beyond words with how amazing she is! Her care and joy for my pups is 2nd to none, and she goes above and beyond in so many ways! I 1000/10 recommend her!

Taylor is FANTASTIC! She treated my dogs like they were her own. She keep me posted on their activity and plenty of pictures and video. I will definitely use her again.

Taylor was absolutely fantastic! She took incredible care of our pups, Molly and Emma, while we were away in Hawaii. We came home to a spotless house and two very happy dogs! Taylor was extremely clean, trustworthy, and kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us such peace of mind while traveling. It was clear she was attentive to the girls’ needs and went above and beyond to make sure they felt safe and loved. We will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!
