Jean is the best ever!! She gives the most detailed reports and so many pictures!! My cat adores her and I am so lucky to have used Jean! She’s the best!!

Jean and Ray were absolutely wonderful! This was our first time to use Rover and we were so happy with the care, love, and updates including pictures Jean sent! She handled our 4 puppies, including a 6 month old Airedale puppy wonderfully! We recommend Jean highly to anyone who is needing someone to lovingly care for their fur babies! Jean was wonderful! Friendly and really took her time caring for our pets. She left the house cleaner than we left it and gave excellent updates with pictures.

Jean is amazing. She established a great rapport with my 13-year old pup and made sure she barely noticed I was gone with regular playtime and maintaining her routine. Jean's communication was timely and complete. She provided photos and videos of my girl so I could rest assured that she was doing well. Ray took over for one of the days and it was seamless. They washed everything they used and made sure the place was clean for my return. I could not recommend Jean and Ray more. They're the best.

Jean was amazing! She sent multiple (super cute) pictures of the cats everyday, and I felt so much better knowing my cats were being cared for so well. She even brought toys for them to play with, and then left them when she was done! 10/10 would book again, and I highly highly recommend her!!

Jean did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of Tyson. He can be quite a handful, but the way she interacted with him gave us so much confidence that he would be a well taken care of pup while we were away. When we came home, he was happy and tuckered our from so much play, which is perfect for him. Jean was also very easy to communicate with and schedule. We really needed flexibility with dates and times, and she was able to accommodate us. We absolutely recommend her and would schedule with her again.

I thought about being selfish and not giving Jean a review because I want to keep her all to myself but that would be an injustice to her and Rover customers. HANDS DOWN, the BEST dog sitter I have ever hired. On a scale of 1 to 5, she is a 10. We have three dogs, all different temperaments, ages, etc. with different needs. She handled them all perfectly. Her intuition about them all was right on. The communication and pictures were constant and made us feel completely at ease. She follows instructions very well. The extra little touches, such as the doggie bag were a special touch to come home to. But the happy faces on our dogs told me everything I needed to know. They LOVED her! And we do, too! She went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you, Jean!

My dogs had a great time at Jean and Ray's. It was great for them to socialize with other dogs and they came home happy and tired. Jean and Ray even sent home a doggy gift bag full of treats and info about the stay and they sent lots of pictures and updates while we were away. We would definitely recommend them!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the care Jackson got while he spent 8 hours with Jean and Ray! Not only did Jean quickly whisk Jackson off for a hike when it was time for me to leave him for the day, they updated me during the day with pics and a report to let me know how well he was managing his stay. I would highly recommend and will most certainly return to Jean for the next time I need daycare for my dog, Jackson!

Jean and Ray did a wonderful job taking care of my dog for 10 days. I think our dog had as much fun on vacation as we did! She always looked happy in the photos we received daily.

I absolutely love and cannot say enough good things about Jean and Ray! I rarely trust anyone with my son and was extremely anxious he first time I left him with Jean and Ray, but now they are the best sitter I have ever found. I worry sometimes how my dog REALLY feels about who I leave him with, but his excitement when I mention their dog's names and when I turn into their road tells me genuinely enjoys going there. This was Duke's third stay with Jean and Ray and he will be going back next month. They even send him home with a doggie bag of pet care accessories and a report card! I couldn't be more pleased with any of my experiences with them. I highly recommend them!
