The best dog sitters I could ask for!! My two dogs were well taken care of and felt right at home. I loved all of the pictures and updates too. Highly recommend!!

We could tell Ozzy was comfortable with Bianca and Derek right away! It was as if he was staying with a family friend, and knowing that he was in great hands while we were out of town was such a relief. B & D provided lots of updates and pictures (which was so appreciated) and it really couldn’t have gone better! We will absolutely be booking again!!

Bianca and Derek are the first people we have ever left Sampson with. He is a big boy and can be challenging. They sent pictures and let us know how he was doing. It is obvious they love animals! Bianca and Derek were so awesome with our pre ious Sproodle. We were gone for close to 2 weeks. I was so sad to leave him for that long. Bianca & Derek took great care of Max. Sent multiple pictures & updates daily, I knew Max was in great care at their house. In fact, Max seemed to have so much fun at Bianca & Derek’s he was mopey & missing them on our first day back from our trip. We will certainly be booking with Bianca & Derek again!

We are so happy & relieved that we found Bianca & Derek through Rover. We have two Shar Pei dogs named Sumo & Yoshi. Our older boy, Sumo, requires special medical attention daily. Bianca & Derek did not hesitate to take on this monumental task when we asked them. Sumo is in stage 4 kidney failure and requires subcutaneous fluids to be administered by needle injection, to keep him healthy and alive. They even came over to our home, prior to the stay so they could learn how to administer the fluids properly. They learned the process very fast. During the week long stay, they provided us with daily updates & photos so we could see that both dogs were very relaxed and having a great time at their home. They go above and beyond what is required for dog sitting services and we know we can rest easy while our Pei-bies are in very good, trusting hands.

Felt so relieved that our poodles were in great hands. We got daily updates and pictures. Dogs were happy and cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Derek and Bianca again!!

Bianca & Derek are awesome, hands down. If you are looking for doggie day care or someone to watch your dogs while you are away, and don't want a stranger in your home, then Bianca and Derek are a great choice. They have a huge yard, they only see one client at a time, so your furry friends will get the most attention and have lots of room to play. Our dogs were a little nervous at first, but then adjusted to Bianca and Dereks home in a very short time. Bianca and Derek were very attentive to our fur babies and their dietary needs. We will absolutely use Bianca and Derek again!

STELLAR experience! I am new to Rover and have only ever boarded my dogs with their daycare facility. Recently, my dogs were acting out at daycare, and I was leery about boarding them before they had some sessions with a trainer. So, I interviewed a few Rover providers. One of my dogs didn't get along with one of their dogs. My other choice was to have someone stay in my home. I'll admit to being a bit leery about that. Then I found Bianca and Derek, and it was like a Christmas gift! They are young and energetic, have a fenced yard with natural grass, work from home, and have NO DOGS of their own. Holy Moly!!! They sent me several pictures per day of my pups playing in the yard and konked out from their fun. They clarified the eating schedules, meds, and special requests (they're not on the furniture, no hand feeding, make them sit and wait before eating, and make sure humans go through the door first). I was fully prepared for the back-slide in their behavior because it always happened when I boarded them in the past. Not this time. Bianca and Derek were consistent and it made all our lives so much easier! These two are a godsend. I hope I'll never have to find anyone else.

Bianca and Derek were outstanding! One of our dogs is very old, so it’s really tough to travel. I knew she was in good hands and didn’t worry at all. They gave a lot of updates and that is much appreciated, as opposed to other sitter’s who offer really inconsistent or rare updates.

Bianca and Derek were the best. I was nervous about leaving my three month old pup with strangers. They are very responsive and made everything easy from the meet-and-greet at their house, to the easy drop off and pick up and daily updates with pictures. They have a great house and yard, and even got my shy pup to come out and play. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
