About Rover

Rover is the nation's largest network of 5-star pet sitters and dog walkers. On Rover, it's easy to connect with a dog lover in your neighborhood who will treat your dog like family.

About The Heartworm Project

The Heartworm Project is a volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that provides medical care for shelter animals in need. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Columbia, SC, the original organizational purpose was to treat heartworm positive dogs at local shelters who were scheduled to be euthanized because of their illness. Since inception, The Heartworm Project has expanded to include dogs and cats of all ages who need medical intervention that shelters are not capable of providing on their own.
