I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care Laura provided. Laura showed genuine affection and understanding towards Rocco, attending to all his needs and even took him for beach walks (his favourite thing). From the daily updates and photos sent to me, it was clear that Rocco was not just well cared for, but also truly happy and at ease. We had a pre meet at her house to see if Ted gets on there and to meet her dogs to, this is nice to have to see that I’m happy with the environment my dog will be staying in. I needed to change the day of my booking last minute and she was very flexible. Sam has a lovely big garden which teddy had access to all day.
