“Heather was amazing with Nala. I appreciated the fact that she bought chicken just to make her eat something because she refused to eat her biscuits the first couple of days. Our 1 year old went in fine and developed a cold and Mandy was great in contacting the vet and doing all she could so he could be as comfortable as possible specially as we were away and couldn’t collect him any earlier.
