“I was very happy to leave my dog to Nuo and I don't regret it. She has kept my dog (5 months old) for a few days and nights (boarding). The communication was excellent and Nuo always kept me informed with photos and messages. I can tell she did her very best to make my dog comfortable as he was a bit shy at the beginning. If dogs could talk, my dog would be grateful too:) I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog to Nuo in the future. I can tell that my dog got attached to Nuo when he left her home.”

“Lauren and Matthew were brilliant with our dachshund Peanut, as soon as we dropped him off they made a massive fuss of him and settled him in. We received daily updates and lots of pictures of peanut on his adventures, in the park, on the beach, being pampered at home. They treated him as if he was their own dog, plenty of treats and even a Xmas dinner! What a lucky boy. We will definitely use Lauren again, I would highly recommend her. “My dogs stayed with Adeline and Fuji while we were away, I had regular updates on how they were doing. Adeline made sure Indi (who had recently had dental surgery) was fed properly so she could eat well. “First time leaving our frenchie Sid with Violeta (and a sitter), I was really nervous because Sid is a bit playful and jumps up at other dogs. I needn't have been, he loved being with Violeta and made a couple of new friends! Violeta sent a little update each day, either a pic or video which kept us at ease. Since we got home Sid has slept for about four hours! I'd say he had a fantastic time with Violeta and friends! We have already booked Sid in again and would highly recommend Violeta.”

Our 1 year old went in fine and developed a cold and Mandy was great in contacting the vet and doing all she could so he could be as comfortable as possible specially as we were away and couldn’t collect him any earlier. She spent most of the days giving us updates either when he was well and when he got sick. Pictures and videos meant a lot. Definitely recommended it.”
