However, our concerns quickly dissipated. Suzanne kept us regularly informed about Maya's well-being, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our holiday with the peace of mind that she was in capable and caring hands.”

She sent as many updates as I wanted including photos to show he was settled, happy and enjoying his walks and time with them. The second time we have used Jon to take care of Diesel and in all honesty when I got him home I think he really missed being with them. Treated as their own which then gives you peace of mind to enjoy your holiday. “Maria and her husband Bobby have been amazing with me and Lucky, my sweet cocker spaniel. She is not one year old yet and they made her feel at home straight away since the greeting session. Their dog is very calm and sweet and accepted Lucky in his home with no problems. Maria and Bobby have been very accomodating and flexible, two qualities I really appreciate in my busy life and they looked after Lucky as if she was their dog...probably they even spoiled her a bit :) They kept me updated with pictures and answered all my questions. “Rose and Will were absolutely amazing! It is obvious they love dogs! They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and help with pick up and drop off transport. We had excellent communication and I could see they took great care of our dog. They kept us updated on how our dog was adjusting and sent pictures during our vacation. “Calvin and his wife are simply the nicest people. Our small working cocker approaches all new experiences with a great deal of enthusiasm and they were perfectly relaxed while she did so before settling into her weekend away. They sent pictures, took her for good long walks and on discovering her penchant for smelly water bathed her on her return to their house - spa treatment she doesn’t get at home! Their house and garden are secure and we were able to relax knowing that she was in capable and experienced hands. We will definitely be asking for future dates and can highly recommend.”

“Asha has been looking after our Havanese dog, Luna, at her house in central Richmond for a couple of years now when we go on holiday. It is like a home from home for her as she cares for her as if she were her own. Luna goes on plenty of walks, days out and visits (sometimes to the seaside). She also meets up with other dogs so she is thoroughly entertained. Asha is very conscientious about sticking to Luna's routines such as her mid-morning and bedtime treat, as well as only feeding her what we provide and she gets plenty of attention and cuddles. We also get a lot of updates and photos during her stay. Most importantly Luna gets very excited to see her each time. I cannot recommend her highly enough as I trust her implicitly and know that Luna is in good hands whilst we are away so that she is less homesick.”

“The stay of Nala was wonderful. Nala stayed with Tina for four days, and she was very well! She went for walks every day with everything Nala likes to do! Tina also has a dog who is also an excellent host, as he made Nala feel at home, played with her, and made her hardly miss us. It was simply wonderful for Nala, and she will simply love every time she needs to stay with then .”
