“I’ve only left Max somewhere once before so obviously I was quite anxious to leave him with someone he didn’t know. However Max absolutely loved Erin and was settled straight away! Erin was lovely at drop off, easy to talk to, doesn’t rush you away so felt more at ease leaving Max. She has another dog who Max wasn’t bothered by at all which was a bonus in the fact he had a friend he could play with too! She kept me updated throughout the stay with pictures & messages. Max is rubbish on a lead and pulls really hard and she still took him out for a walk & play both in the evening and in the morning. I would not hesitate to choose Erin to look after Max next time we need someone. Thank you!”

About: I have no dogs at home, but jointly take care of my partner's dog Riley (German Shepard cross Belgian Malinois) and love him with all of my heart. I also have experience cat-sitting for my good friend's as they have a feral cat who is very nervous when left alone. Although I don't have any professional animal skills, I absolutely trust myself to take good care of your pets and return them to you just as happy as they were on arrival. I have 2 gerbils and 1 hamster, whom I love with (almost) all of my heart. The rest is saved to share amongst dogs ❤️ I am also a small animal Foster carer with the Blue Cross, currently fostering 4 beautiful chinchillas. They are securely caged and rest assured your furry friend will not be able to access them. If there ever were to be an accident though, I take full responsibility for the safety of my small pets ❤️ I work 9-5 on weekdays, so am happy to take your doggies in the evenings. I am also available for walks and sitting any time over the weekend. I live in a flat and don't have access to a private garden, however I live right next to a huge park so there is plenty of opportunities for walks and toilet breaks. If your dog needs frequent outside access, perhaps my home is not the place to keep them overnight, however I would absolutely love to take them for a walk whenever you need a break.

“This was the first time that I’d left my retired greyhound, a rescue dog, and I was quite apprehensive. After reading the other reviews and doing a Meet and Greet, I was really confident that they are excellent dog handlers. This proved to be correct - it seems that my dog settled in so well that, like some other dogs, she wasn’t all that bothered when I returned! I really appreciated the frequent updates and pix throughout my break as well. I would definitely recommend Joseph and his family and have already re-booked, the first of many more times, I think.”

Oscar the Cavapoochon is eight years old, and I have had him since I was 15 as a puppy. A new addition to our family is one-and-a-half-year-old Coco the Schnoodle, who has fitted in perfectly with her extremely playful personality. Whilst I have no professional experience (I have never charged for services before), thanks to this and regularly looking after friends’ dogs, I know how to take care of dogs and all their needs. My dogs are treated as part of the family, and so will yours! With the peak district just down the road, we are constantly going on new adventures, which always end up with a nap and snuggle on the sofa! I know how anxiety-inducing it can be to find someone you trust to walk and care for your dog. Hopefully, I can give you peace of mind by offering a service that matches how you care for your dog. “Joe and Holly recently cared for our Frenchie, Frankie for 10nights. This was the first time we had left him for more than a night and the first with someone other than family. We we're really nervous but Joe and Holly were amazing, allowing us to meet up with them ahead of time so we could ensure Frankie was settled. Whilst away they sent plenty of updates, pictures and videos, and even with the extreme weather they made sure Frank stayed cool and safe. We cannot reccomend Joe and Holly enough as this experience has taken away our anxiety completely. The only down side was Frank didnt want to leave and has been sulking ever since! If we could give more than 5stars we would ?”
