Aniko made him feel calm and comfortable (a very big thing as Henry can be very nervous) from the get go and she welcomed him into her family for the week. From the regular pictures and videos I received, I could see Henry was being treated exactly the same as she treats her own dog. I have total piece of mind and know he is having a wonderful time. Louise is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and seems to have endless patience which has given us great confidence that our pooch will be safe, happy and have fun.
