About: My husband and I have a lovely 2.5 year old cocker spaniel who gets lots of cuddles and is regularly exercised every day. We have grown up with dogs from a young age and have frequently used borrowmydoggy in the past so have plenty of experience. As we have our own dog, we are very used to caring for a pet daily. We go on dog walks every day and always let our dog play in the garden whenever she wants. We work from home so your dog will rarely be left on its own. If we need to pop out, we will either bring them with us or won’t be gone for long! We have a fenced garden so dogs can roam around. Dogs are also allowed on the furniture so they can feel at home if they’re used to it! We will stick to your feeding schedules, have plenty of playtime and cuddles.

We took him to meet Barbara beforehand, and straight away he was very comfortable with her and her home. Gizmo was staying with another small dog, and we were worried whether he would settle. Barbara sent us updates, and Gizmo had a wonderful time playing with her and the other dog. He came back like a different puppy! Much more confident around other people and dogs on walks. We would definitely recommend Barbara, and would happily leave gizmo with her whenever we need to go away in the future.”
