“Jack was really settled & happy during his stay with Andrew. Lots of lovely long walks, and a fair few cuddles on the sofa. They got on like a house on fire, and became firm friends, even though it was only a short stay. Jack didn't even look up when I left after dropping him off... :-( Andrew kept me updated with what they were up to & sent some pictures, which was great. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew - he takes time to understand a dog's quirks & foibles, and tailors his plans accordingly. Jack had such a great time that when I went to pick him up, I had to literally drag him to the door!!”

Before taking on my dogs, she asked for a detailed lists of instructions and how my dogs behave- in both a home setting and public. About: I’ve had my family dog for 12 years now (in Ireland) and am looking to get a dog for myself in Newcastle. I started walking dogs locally (heaton and jesmond) to help get my steps in but also to spend some time walking a dog around the city. I’ve been walking 2 beautiful poodle dogs for a number of months now and would love to do the same for other dogs! I’m working full time during the week but am available during weekends to dog walk and dog sit! Happy to take them to beaches, out of the city in my car for a walk or even just to look after them while you’re away for the night/ weekend. I have a fenced yard with no grass but can have dogs in my flat. I also live with my boyfriend who has grown up with 5 family dogs in his house!

She's spent time building up a bond with him using food and patience, and slowly got him used to her own dog which I got lots of pics of them sitting together so I'm absolutely thrilled at the experience overall. Would absolutely recommend and ask her to dog sit for us again in the future!”

“Gizmo and Briar are two VERY lively springer spaniels but when collected they jumped straight in the boot of the car and went to sleep. They have obviously had a great time. There is a big park only 3 minutes away where Ashleigh takes them. Very happy and have already made another booking.”
