“Neda and her family have looked after Lily (cockapoo) for 5 weeks. They have treated her like their own cockapoo. She's come home today and looks a picture of health. Neda has been a blessing to our family looking after Lily as both her owners had suffered strokes. Knowing Lily was receiving so much love has helped Sue and Ian with their recovery especially receiving lots of videos and messages ❤️ We highly recommend Neda and her family. Really happy to meet up for an initial get to know Presley session, and so accommodating with his fear of the lift in their building (which they managed to overcome!) that they kindly took the time to walk him up and down 6 flights of stairs when necessary. Jacqueline arranged a pre visit so Archie could meet her and go into her home to familiarise himself with the environment and meet her whilst we were still present. Jacqueline reassured us with a couple of images whilst we were away, which was great. Archie, seemed his usual happy self when he was collected. We will definitely be asking Jacqueline if she could look after Archie for us again.”

Knowing my pup was in safe hands allowed me to enjoy a weekend away. He made sure Pablo had as much fun, love and attention as possible. Pablo was sad to leave his new friend but I've already rebooked another couple of dates which I know Pablo will enjoy just as much as his first visit!”

“Lucy looked after our cat for 2 weeks. Hellim is naturally a very shy cat and needs time to adjust to new surroundings. Lucy was great with him, he was already relaxed after just few days. “Ellie was absolutely brilliant with my dog - she even used her own treats and food but checked with me before hand on the pet so she could feed her as I was in such a rush - she would meet me to get my dog as I was new to the area she lived in and now when I say to the dog where’s Ellie she looks for her and gets excited. She’s a great person and dog lover and I would recommend her to all my friends and family if they needed the help of a dog carer”

“Thank you so much to Jack, Luke and Iris, we never imagined we would be able to go abroad and leave our little dog Betsy. After several meetings in the park and at the house Jack reassured me that Betsy would be fine. He sent me daily updates, pictures and videos, Betsy had the best time, she absolutely loves Jack, he has a lovely manner with anxious dogs and along with Luke and Iris I can honestly say she is much less anxious amongst strangers. We will definitely keep in touch with Jack and can now look forward to more breaks knowing we will be leaving Betsy in the best of care.”
