“If you could describe Sara in three words, one of them would have to be "animal-lover". Sara is a friend to all animals, but especially to dogs. All dogs are greeted by her with a special kind of love and care, but also a respect and intuition for their needs. This likely came from Sara growing up with dogs and being around them most of her life. I could think of many examples proving how Sara is a trustworthy and responsible pet caregiver. I remember accompanying her as she walked her sister's dogs. One of the dogs started trying to eat something from the ground -- a dead animal! I didn't see but Sara noticed immediately and, without a second thought, rushed to the dog and removed the animal carcass from its mouth. I thought this was pretty gross but she did not even think twice about it. I had assumed this was about stopping the spread of disease, but she later told me it was also about ensuring the dog does not consume bones that might upset its digestion. I think this example clearly showcases her knowledge about dog's wellbeing, but also her commitment to their safety and attention to their needs. Sara is a very warm person in general, and this warmth is always shared with the animals she cares for and interacts with. I would be very comfortable trusting Sara with my beloved pet, because I would be sure the pet is receiving ample love and expert caregiving.”

About: I have been a pet owner my whole life, with a total of five cats and two dogs that I have grown up with and cared for. I genuinely love all animals, I even had pet snakes, but had to leave my babies behind when I moved here from London. Before moving here, I would often dog sit for my parents when they went on vacation, and would regularly walk my Nan's dog as she gradually lost mobility throughout the years and needed a bit of help. Nan's dog, Bobby, is quite senior and requires help eating which is something I helped her with. I also trained my dog Milo many basic skills when he was a puppy. I work from home two days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays, and I am a homebody on the weekends so I often stay in from Saturday to Tuesday. I'm also quite active and enjoy a lunch time run, so if your dog is active and needs a little more energy used up, I'm your girl! I live in an apartment building, that has a communal back garden that is fenced. Within a short walking distance, less than a minute, there is a small park with lots of greenery and even a dog play area. I have a doggie bed here, and your dog will have me as company.

About: Jag har sedan ung ålder varit uppväxt med hundar, allt från Jack Russel till Doberman. Jag har haft egen hund tidigare, en mellan schanuzer och en blandis Pitbull/Cane Corso. Just nu är jag ”hundlös” och saknar verkligen sällskapet och bandet mellan hund och människa. Jag har tyvärr inte möjligheten att skaffa egen hund igen just nu och tänker därför att erbjuda mig som hundvak istället. Jag har erfarenhet av reaktiva, osäkra hundar likväl som dominanta hundar. Jag sätter alltid hunden i fokus och och anpassar mig efter hunden och hundägarens önskemål. Jag arbetar heltid vilket medför att jag kan erbjuda passning på kvällar och helger med kort varsel. På helgerna erbjuder jag dygnspassning och vardagskvällar erbjuder jag kvällspassning. Jag kan passa både hemma hos mig och hemma hos er. Hundar är alltid välkomna hemma hos mig! Jag erbjuder även passning under sommaren ifall ni ska iväg på semester någon/några veckor, förutsatt att jag har semester samtidigt. Jag bor i lägenhet (2a) med uteplats. Jag bor i ett lugnt område med många grönområden och två hundrastgårdar inom 5 minuters promenad. Jag älskar att ta långa promenader och gör detta varje dag, hade varit så mysigt med hundsällskap. Jag erbjuder som sagt även passning i hundägarens hem. Jag har tyvärr inget körkort men kan ta mig överallt dit kollektivtrafiken kör. En dag hos mig med din hund varierar beroende på hundens ålder, aktivitetsnivå, personlighet och hundägarens önskemål. Jag går gärna ett flertal långa promenader fyllda med lek i hundrastgårdar och övar lite trix hemma, men jag kan lika gärna bara ta några korta promenader följt med massa kel i soffan en hel dag. Jag skickar gärna bilder och uppdateringar under passningens gång för att ni ska känna er säkra på att er hund har det bra hos mig.

About: Eftersom jag gör det med kärlek. Hundar och katter är kompisar till människor och jag älskar att vara med våra bästa kompisar. Det gör mig glad att spendera tid med dem. Just nu studerar jag på distans så att det passar mig alla tider på varje dagar. Jag kommer vara hemma under sommaren så är går det bra under sommaren också.
