“Jolene and Victor are an amazing team when it comes to dog boarding. I was away for a week and they looked after Floki so well. They followed the instructions I left for his schedule and were great in communication. They are responsible, caring and professional. They sent me plenty of fun photos and videos Floki. They also gave me some feedback for the future which was very useful. After a rainy they, they washed Floki and he seemed so happy with all the grooming and spa day at home =) I will defintely schedule more day-care and boarding with them.”

Leena quickly put Lily at ease during our routine ‘meet and greet’ and asked lots of great questions, which gave me the assurance that she would be in good hands. Come the day boarding day, Leena kept us up to date on how Lily was doing throughout her stay with lots of timely photographs and videos, which felt great. Additionally, she also went out of her way to help us with some information on vets in the area, which was much appreciated. We would definitely want to seek her help again.”

“Victoria and Sam looked after Maisie for me twice in the space of a few days and couldn’t have had a better experience. Victoria suggested meeting up beforehand in the park to make sure Maisie was familiar with her and even showed me a pic of their living space to put me at ease. The second time I took Maisie she seemed so excited to see them - I knew she’d obviously been well looked after and had a great time. They also sent pictures while I was out of Maisie having a lovely time. I will 100% be booking their services again and am so grateful to have found such a perfect fit for Maisie! Any worries or hesitations I had were easily managed and relieved with how responsive Victoria is - you can tell her and Sam are absolute dog lovers through and through! Thank you again!”

We were a bit apprehensive about leaving her for the whole weekend as she’d never been left with strangers before but we needn’t have worried - they were fantastic with her.
