“Christmas is such a busy and all-consuming time of year for so many, but Kevin & his family were very accommodating when looking after my beloved and bouncy border collie Heidi over the build up to this Christmas. He made every step of the process seamless. My dog was made feel so welcome, loved and cared for during her stay with Kevin and his family. She became part of their family unit for her stay! They provided the utmost care and attention, ensuring her care and playing needs were all met 🎾 Kevin provided regular communication & photo/video updates throughout Heidi’s time with his family. Louisa and her boyfriend were really awesome and treated her well, pictures were sent frequently. Our dog coincidently was on her period during her stay but they seemed really relaxed about. Charlotte sent me updates during his stay with her and he had clearly been well cared for when I returned at the end of the weekend.
