The drop and pick up process was super easy, they are located in a great location for parking or getting public transport. My dog requires multiple medications per day and this was no issue. Truly dog lovers and clearly well versed in looking after dogs, Rombo had a fun “half-term camp”. This was evident in the daily updates we received including videos of a happy doggy out for walks and socialising or simply hanging out at his temporary home. They were always prompt to respond to any questions and flexible to address travel delays. I can thoroughly recommend Clémentine as a reliable and supporting host :)”
