“Sandra and her husband were absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication, super fast replies and I just know my little man was well looked after (we got lots of cute photos). The drop and pick up process was super easy, they are located in a great location for parking or getting public transport. My dog requires multiple medications per day and this was no issue. Additionally, I requested to extend last minute due to a change of plans - and they were both so accommodating and flexible. I will definitely be booking again 💕 Thank you so much guys!”

Zou stayed with Natalie for a few weeks and I was very nervous about leaving him for so long but the regular updates, videos and photos definitely helped and assured me he was in safe hands. She was very accommodating with our schedule and even offered to meet us for a meet and greet before the weekend began. She seemed genuinely excited to watch Georgia when we met. I felt as if she listened to my instructions and didn't mind some of Georgia's more high maintenance behaviors. “This was the first time our dog Lola had stayed with Richard. He was very happy to meet beforehand at our convenience so we could all get to know each other. Lola stayed for a week with Richard. She takes great care of him, makes sure he is safe, and sends photos throughout the day. She walks him, feeds him, plays with him and makes sure he is comfortable during the night time. Couldn’t recommend anyone better than Ivana to look after your dog! She treats pets as her own family.”
