“My puppy enjoyed her time at Jill's so much that she whined all the way on the trip home! Jill (and her daughter) clearly adore dogs. Jill knows what she is doing and was willing to help continue my dog's routine. She sent update photos and videos and was very responsive. “This was the first time George was not staying with family when I was on holiday, so I was quite nervous how he would react. I needn't have worried as Heather was absolutely excellent with him and sent me regular updates including pictures of all the various walks he went on and I knew he was happy when I seen him spread out on his back sunbathing! “I can’t recommend Alvin highly enough! He’s looked after my dog Neo a number of times and he always comes home perfectly happy and healthy. Neo only has 3 legs and a stomach issue which means he can be a bit of a handful to mind, due to his strict feeding schedule and limited mobility. However Alvin was a superstar in following all of are instructions perfectly and Neo loved the time he spent in Alvin’s care! We got several photo updates from Alvin whilst he had him, which was lovely and really made us relax whilst we were away!”

“After a last minute cancellation we booked paul and we can’t thank him enough for how amazing he has been with our dog, after never leaving the dog with anyone else before we was very nervous as our dog can be very boisterous and playful! he sent many pictures of how well they bonded together and going on lots of walks, completely put our minds at ease and made up happy seeing our dog while we was away! The dog most definitely enjoyed himself there! we will definitely be using paul again in the future if we ever need to!”

“I was very happy to leave my dog to Nuo and I don't regret it. She has kept my dog (5 months old) for a few days and nights (boarding). The communication was excellent and Nuo always kept me informed with photos and messages. I can tell she did her very best to make my dog comfortable as he was a bit shy at the beginning. About: Have looked after friends doggos regularly, including on overnight wild camping trips! Comfortable with routine care and can provide v long walks, with easy access to Sefton Park. Work M-F, with some half days. Available at weekends and ad hoc mid week. Regular trips to the Lakes & Snowdonia also, which would benefit from a dog! Live in a building facing Sefton Park so walks and toilet trips easily facilitated. Flat is spacious and can accommodate all but the largest dogs.

“Koko came back to us calm and tired which is the best we could have hoped for. She wasn’t distressed or anxious at all (as she has been in the past when in kennels). Zach and Antonia treated her like one of the family and even took Koko for her first bus ride! We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we will certainly be using their exceptional services again.”

Our 1 year old went in fine and developed a cold and Mandy was great in contacting the vet and doing all she could so he could be as comfortable as possible specially as we were away and couldn’t collect him any earlier. She spent most of the days giving us updates either when he was well and when he got sick. Pictures and videos meant a lot. Definitely recommended it.”
