“Martin very kindly looked after our 13 year old Lab/Springer, Merlin, for 2 weeks. Martins' calm and experienced manner quickly put us at ease and within a few minutes of arriving Merlin was asleep on the carpet! At 13 Merlin needed some medication for arthritis and careful management when exercising which Martin fully understood. We were thrilled to receive regular updates and photos via WhatsApp. I cannot thank Martin enough for his sympathetic management of Merlin and would certainly ask him in the future to help with Merlin and recommend him to anyone else looking for a caring home from home.”

“Louise has boarded our Maltie Alfie for 8 nights on two occasions whilst we have been on holiday. He gets on well with Lyla and Bella and is always excited to go to Louise and Sams house. Alfie does not like the kennels and can be quiet anxious, so it is reassuring to know we can put him somewhere which is a home from home where he feels comfortable. Photos and videos were sent by Louise during his stays giving us piece of mind during our time away. Will definitely use again.”

About: I have looked after my sisters dog for the past 5 years, he is an XL Lab, I also have my own Vizsla / Lab Cross, she is almost 3 years old. I offer dog sitting services at the evenings and weekends. The walks are on the lead to begin with, once built trust and recall and as long as dog owner is happy, I can offer on and off lead walks. Weekends and evenings is when I am available for dog stays. I work from home and can manage my diary accordingly and sync walks with my dog Winnie 🐾 I have a fenced and secure back garden and live by lots of Greenland. Our dogs are our family members, they are allowed everywhere and we respect their space.

“My 7 year old Welsh Springer Basil stayed with Kate for 5 days and everything was fabulous. He'd not stayed with her before so we had a pre-booking meet up which was great. Kate immediately came across as calm and capable, keen to find out Basil's individual quirks and I knew Basil would be in safe hands. She messaged with photos or videos every day which was lovely and reassuring for me and I could see he was relaxed and having a great time. There was a fox-poo incident which didn't phase her ! I'd highly recommend Kate for home-from-home boarding and I do hope Basil can stay with her again in the future. Thanks Kate.”
