About: Looking to welcome pets into my home and provide them with all the love and care they need while there pet parents are away. This is my first time on Rover and pet sitting but since I was a child I have always been around pets. I used to walk lots of the dogs in my local community growing up and been a dog owner most of my life. I currently have a super friendly Labrador (20 months old) and a chilled out cat who is great with dogs. I have decided to welcome friendly dogs, who get along with cats and other dogs into my home so our fur babies (and I) have more friends to play with. There is plenty of local walking areas (including woods, fields etc) near my home. I work mostly from home so I am around almost all of the time. On the occasion that I work outside the home I will keep the time span they are alone as short as possible and would ensure they have had a good walk beforehand (like we do with our own). On Sundays I like to take our pup for a day out and would love your pooch to join us. I frequently go on long walks and even to the odd dog friendly castle (where the grounds have extensive grounds to play!) Before I board any pets we would ask to see proof of vaccination, worming and fleas care in order to protect our own pets. And we would have an introduction session to ensure our pets play well together. We accept all dogs providing they are friendly towards our cat and dog and they get along well. I work full time but mostly from home and have a flexible working arrangement so I would be able to work around your pups routine most of the time. I have a fenced garden with no gates and mostly high walls. A spare bedroom for your pooch to relax if they choose. And, plenty of local walking spots.

“Zygi looked after our Olde English Bulldog Bobo for 10 days whilst we were on holiday. Bobo has never stayed with anyone but us or our friends before but after doing a ‘Meet and Greet’ we instantly felt at ease. Bobo is around 50kg and Zygi advised he was used to caring for large breeds and this was apparent when meeting and he quickly formed a bond with Bobo. During our holiday we received regular updates on how Bobo was getting on including pictures which really helped us feel at ease. Zygi accommodated us at short notice after other arrangements fell through and was really flexible with drop off and pick up to make it easy for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Zygi in future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter!!”

“Harley and Kasey's dog Ralph got on from our first meet & greet. Kasey is lovely and obviously a ‘doggy’ person. After a practise sleepover we left Harley in Kaseys very capable hands for 10 days. She sent us lots of photos for the children to see. I don’t think Harley wanted to come home and we have already booked her in with Kasey for our next few holidays.”

Pam was incredibly reliable and responsible in making special meals for Hana and feeding all kinds of tablets. She sent me photos everyday and Hana always looked very happy with her friends. Can't be more satisfactory and will definitely bring Hana in again.”

“Having known Kellyann for a long time I know how much of a dog lover she is. She has watched my dog Sadie several times, and sometimes for full weekends. She made sure Sadie was very welcome in her home, took her for walks and gave her lots of cuddles & belly rubs. I would absolutely trust kellyann with my dog every time.”

My dog Rocco was a Labrador which Catriona took alot and often took overnight or whilst I was on holiday . She has a good house and garden for them to be outside also. I would take my dog to her 100% before thinking about kennels. She’s so interactive with her pets. Lynne”

“Our boy Alfie had the most amazing time staying over with Eilidh and Max. He loved running about playing with Max at the beach and running fields. Eilidh was amazing with Alfie and kept us informed with pics and reassuring us he was in good hands. We picked him up and don't think he wanted to come back home. Him and Max were best buds.
