About: Hi, I’m Louise, I am a full time home worker for the NHS. I have a Bsc Biology from Leeds University, I’m a mum to a 14yr old girl and a 10yr old boy. I have two dogs of my own, a cockapoo and a spaniel, both are excellent with other dogs. This is very much a home environment so your dog will need to be comfortable with older children and other dogs. I have my own property and garden. I provide three walks a day, morning lunch times and after work. I work from home full time barring 2 days a month in the office. I am in the house all day with my own two dogs. I treat your dog like it’s my dog. It will have access to all of my house and my garden. No issues with pets on the furniture or beds. I regularly walk in Rouken Glen park and Greenbank gardens.

About: I have owned dogs my whole life and have been dog sitting for 10 years. I can do puppy training, senior care, support for nervous pets, bespoke care for your furry friends quirks! I work from home in a flexible job and my home office is beside my large fenced garden. I have complete flexibility to give your dog the love and attention it needs. I have a large fenced garden. I have my own Labrador who can keep your dog company and who is very friendly. If your dog needs to be the only dog in the home, I am able to accommodate this. I make sure to have lots of play time for your dog and ensure your dog will get 3 walks a day. I am able to provide a crate if required. Cuddles on the sofa are also welcome!

“This was Luna's first time away from the family and we were obviously apprehensive about leaving her. On meeting Joseph he asked us everything that we thought he'd need to know about looking after Luna and more and was very prepared about the fact she may at times be anxious. This was massively reassuring. Joseph was in contact with us regularly giving updates on how Luna was and the things they were doing together. Luna had a great time with Joseph and Alba, she seemed to fit in instantly. When we went to pick her up she was so happy and comfortable. It seems like she's made 2 new best friends. We can't recommend Joseph highly enough and will definitely ask him to look after Luna when we are away again later in the year. Thanks Joseph and Alba, Luna clearly had a fantastic time and was well looked after!”

About: I’ve helped looked after my family dog for 15 years. Since I moved out of my family home, I’ve been missing her company and my walking companion! I looked after her from when she was a puppy through to her senior years. I’m therefore comfortable with energetic/younger dogs as well as going at a slower pace for older dogs. I work full time Monday-Friday, however I work at least 3 days from home so I’m around for regular walks. I am usually free on evenings and weekends. I do not have any other pets so your dog would be the only pet in the home. I live in a ground floor flat with secure entry and I have access to a shared garden area.

I am regularly available 7 days a week. I have an unfenced garden for plenty of toilet breaks and Strathaven has beautiful parks and country walks to give your dogs the best exercise. I am happy to discuss any needs your dogs might have including medication, separation anxiety, etc, all dogs will be treated as individuals. Happy to replicate your dog’s routine to make them feel relaxed and comfortable with minimal disruption.

“Samantha looked after our 11 yo dog for 6 days in August. We were on a two-part holiday (city then mountains) and couldn't take our dog on the first part. It was great to have her in a home and close to us. Because we don't live near, we couldn't meet Samantha first but Samantha was happy to speak by FaceTime so we could meet first. Harriet was clearly completely relaxed and happy on pick up. Really appreciated the photos and updates and meant we could relax and know she was OK. Would v recommend Samantha to look after your dog. Apologies for not warning you about Harriet's love of bogs!”
