We had excellent communication and I could see they took great care of our dog. They kept us updated on how our dog was adjusting and sent pictures during our vacation. He is quite a fussy dog so she did everything to make sure he is eating enough and most importantly, she was constantly updating me and sending me pictures and videos of him while I was away.
