“Queenie stayed with Lyrah and Bonny yesterday at short notice queenie is our much loved French bulldog she has some separation issues so leaving her alone is not something we would ever do it was great to know she was with someone who would love her as much as we do. Bonny had set up a lovely bed for her and she was allowed to go about the house I got regular updates throughout the day and queenie went on walks with Bonny and lyrah who she loved it was great to know she was well cared for and happy in her environment Bonny never leaves a dog in her care alone which is brilliant for us. I would 100 percent recommend Bonny to look after your doggies and we will definitely use her again ?”

“Naomi was great at looking after our springer poodle Jacob. She managed his complicated post op routine and allergy / ear cleaning medications very well. His ears were cleaner than when we have cared for him and his stitches have healed perfectly. Even though we made some mistakes not packing enough food and toys, she accommodated us and bought some more food and toys. He came back a very happy chappy. I would highly recommend. Thank you!”

We needed help at relatively short notice and chose Chloe not only because she was nearby but also was ideal because Freddie had never been in kennels and was used to one to one care. Freddie couldn’t have been looked after better. We loved the updates and photos and the useful tips. I would really recommend Chloe as her love for animals shines through.”

“Jordan was an absolute gem and did a fantastic job looking after Nia, our 14 week old Labrador puppy. Being so young, we were initially a bit nervous about the prospect of her for two nights. But as soon as we did the pre-meet with Jordan, we had zero reservations. It was clear Jordan would be excellent with Nia; she was instantly at ease both with Jordan and in the environment generally and Jordan’s calm nature was perfect for her excitable disposition. The environment was spotless and puppy safe; the garden was perfect for a puppy, clean and tidy and really safe. Jordan kept us up to date with photos of how Nia was getting on with the two other dogs staying there - it was a great opportunity for for her to meet some lovely calm dogs to show her how to relax! It’s quite an ask keeping to a puppy’s daily routine, especially when she wakes up for a toilet trip at 5:30am - but Jordan wasn’t phased at all and was more than happy to do this. And as a bonus, when we picked her up, everything was packed up and ready to go which is a miracle to achieve with a puppy running around! Nia was clearly delighted to be in Jordan’s company and the whole experience was a very positive one. So a huge thank you to Jordan. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will certainly be booking again when needed. Thanks again Jordan!”

“Having known Sam for many years now and his background being ex- armed forces. His professionalism in time keeping/discipline and always willing to go that extra mile when needed is displayed when looking after my dog. There's no task he hasn't fulfilled if I've ever asked, I would highly recommend Sam to anyone. He also has a young son who he devotes for when spending time with him. You can see that in the picture he has uploaded, of how loving/caring he is. And I can assure you, he would be the same with your dog.”

“I could not recommend Liqian enough for the care and peace of mind she brought to us, while looking after Busby, our Labrador Retriever for 10 days while we were on holiday. The updates of photos, videos and texts gave us the assurance and peace of mind that allowed us to enjoy our holiday to the maximum. We are pretty sure that he was having as much fun as we were. In addition, Liqian was very accommodating to some last minute changes to our timings, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. “We were all booked up to use a dog kennels last year for a week whilst we went on our annual holiday. A disaster hit the day before we were due to fly and our dog became very sick. Our kennel refused to take him understandably and we were left scrambling around last minute looking for an alternative. We reached our to Parul and without hesitation she said that she would look after our beloved while we were away. We could not have been more delighted with our decision... Parul tended to his every need like a champion; restricted diet, medications, vets visits... everything. It was like a home from home, with regular updates, photos and short videos. We think our beloved enjoyed it more there than living with us haha. Will definitely be using Parul in future, she's amazing.”
