“This was Roxys first overnight stay. I was kept informed of how she was doing and photos were sent to put my mind at rest. I felt comfortable she was in safe hands. She was apparently a little unsettled overnight but I imagine this is normal and would settle down over time. Hopefully we can test this theory out again in the future as we progress towards a longer stay next time. Thanks to Ime and Harry for looking after Roxy.”

About: I currently have a 3 year old English Springer Spaniel and a 10 year old cat. We live in a rural area and enjoy spending time outdoors. Typically there is someone home during the day as we both have hybrid working patterns. We walk our dog prior to work in the morning, lunchtime and then early evening. I have a fenced and walled enclosed back garden. We are surrounded by fields so plenty of space for walks. Happy to walk on or off lead.

“Brenda and Nigel are such kind and caring dog sitters, they looked after Bertie like he was their own. He soon settled in for his day and overnight trial. He had a trip to the garden centre and the seaside. What a lucky boy. We received photos and videos of him playing and having a thoroughly lovely time. We’ll definitely be booking our holiday now, knowing that he’s in safe hands and having a little holiday of his own!!”

About: I’ve grown up around lots of dogs throughout my family and friends. From this I have always loved caring and looking after family and friends dogs while they’re away. I now have a loving Cocker Spaniel of our own, who also loves any company from fur friends. I currently work full time as a teacher. This means I am always home for the duration of weekends. Fortunately as a teacher I also get the school holidays, this means I am available to looking after any fur friends during the best holiday seasons. Having a little Cocker Spainel ourselves means that any fur friends would join in our weekend/ holiday routines of days out, walks or an afternoon in the garden. I have a fenced flat garden and a friendly cocker spaniel to keep your fur baby company. We live 15 min drive away from Badminton and only 5 min walk from Yate Common. When your fur baby is staying with us they are welcome into the family and will be part of our daily adventures.
