About: We have owned pets all our adult lives and now have my beautiful and social Goldendoodle called Rex. Adam rescued 3 cats of varying personalities and health needs for around 7 years. Adam also worked at the Cats Protection Rescue Centre in Gildersome and raised orphaned kittens from bottle feeding to cats with behavioural problems. We then helped raise Rex and his siblings from a few weeks old and kept Rex as our boy as he was smaller than his siblings and needed slightly more care. Rex is incredibly friendly and social with dogs and loves nothing more than to play and rest with other dogs. We generally work from home full time and this gives us ample time to ensure bookings received a lot of attention, play and care. We have a large house with a long fenced garden on the canal with a variety of toys and activities for dogs. We have amazing walks around our area but also enough room and variety to play indoors if the weather isn't great. We have a large, long, fenced and secure garden which is great for ball games and playing chase. We also have ample rooms and space for dogs to have their own space if needed. Our dog Rex is really playful and gets on with all dogs of all sizes, but also likes to snuggle on the sofa. Dogs are allowed on furniture, unless you tell us otherwise, and can sleep in our bedroom or have their own if they prefer.

“Her love for animals is very clear in the care she gives them and the love they are shown. She has experience with horses, dogs, cats, rabbits just to name a few. She is calm and patient and showers the animals with love.”

“A second great stay for Freddie with Ian and his family. I could tell he was happy and would settle in again as soon as Freddie saw Ian again . Lots of messages and photos received whilst away which was lovely and also reassuring that Freddie is happy . I will book future holidays around Ian's availabilies . I know Freddie is in experienced hands and that he is treated like one of the family when he stays . He gets good walks , plays and rests with Lola and gets lots of cuddles . Thank you for looking after Freddie so well .”

Her home is his ‘home from home’ He will enjoy your holiday as much as you do. Daily updates and photo’s really do put your mind at ease. I wouldn’t leave Bruce with anyone else now.”

“Georgie was very communicative, and kept me up to date on how Henry was doing, including plenty of photos. Henry was well looked after, and had some excellent walks on the moors. He had a lovely time, and was clearly very happy when I collected him. All excellent!”

“Buddy has stayed with Taylor a couple of times for various lengths of times and up to a week - we always has a fantastic time! He doesn’t hesitate to make himself at home, he gets constant love and attention, play time and some great (the muddier the better) walks followed by a lovely bath 🤣 Taylor keeps me updated through out with message and pictures. It’s so nice to see our very needy pup is in safe hands 💜”

“Since we got our rescue dog Sabrina 3 years ago, Jason and Alison have been incredible with her. Their patience through her nervousness of strangers has really paid off to the point that she is now happy to go on walks with them and let them in the house, something she won’t do with any other people. This has made the world of difference to us, expanded Sabrina’s social circle and given her so much more confidence. As neighbours we’ve seen them look after many different dogs and it’s clear that they not only love dogs, but more than that they understand them, knowing each dogs individual needs and when and what they’re comfortable with. Jason and Alison treat every dog as if they were their own and there is no one we’d feel happier looking after Sabrina than them.”

About: I have never owned a dog myself, however I did walk a dog for the cinnamon trust for seven years until he sadly passed away. I am currently on my summer holidays from university so will have lots of time to spend with the dogs, walking and playing with them I have a secure fenced garden, with lots of room for your dog to roam about and play and live right by some amazing walking spots for your dog to explore.

About: I own a Pomeranian for 13 years, and I looked after cats as well. Any pets I am happy to take care except spiders and caterpillars. I am currently unemployed as I am planning on my own business in summer. Now I am available at anytime and any date so your dog could have a walk whenever it wants! I will supply everything emotionally and physically. Happy to play with your love ones and walk with them even it’s raining or hurricane! With loads of love and cuddles.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and taken care of my family’s dogs since I was a child. I’ve had my own dog for the past 4 years and trained him since he was a puppy. I’m currently on sabbatical leave from a corporate job, so I am available to take care of your dog whenever you need me! I am happy to be available in the evenings if needed. I have a small secure garden and a friendly 4-year-old cockapoo at home if you are happy for me to care for your dog at my home. I’m also happy to care for your dog at your home if you would prefer.
