We had a video greeting first and they gained my trust immediately by showing me around their house, garden, their puppy Cosmo, and checking on my dog’s daily need. Ollie enjoyed her time so much with them - she felt like on holiday and didn’t want to leave when I picked her up. Yingxi updated me with lovely pics and videos, I could defo tell Ollie looked so happy. They took Ollie to a nearby park and let her meet so many doggy friends!
