“Christmas is such a busy and all-consuming time of year for so many, but Kevin & his family were very accommodating when looking after my beloved and bouncy border collie Heidi over the build up to this Christmas. He made every step of the process seamless. My dog was made feel so welcome, loved and cared for during her stay with Kevin and his family. She became part of their family unit for her stay! They provided the utmost care and attention, ensuring her care and playing needs were all met 🎾 Kevin provided regular communication & photo/video updates throughout Heidi’s time with his family. “I felt totally relaxed when I left Teddy with Charlotte for the weekend. I could tell that she had a natural way with dogs and that a big, strong dog like Teddy was more than welcome at her house. Charlotte sent me updates during his stay with her and he had clearly been well cared for when I returned at the end of the weekend. I would not hesitate in recommending Charlotte for dog care/boarding.”

He loves animals and his whole world revolves around his dog, Fenton. When someone he knew wanted to get rid of a new born kitten he took the kitten in when he already had two other pets and looked after her until my partner and I were in a position to adopt her after we moved house. I would trust Sam to look after my pets without even thinking about it as I know that he would treat them and love as his own.”

“Sophie is absolutely fantastic!! We were nervous to leave our Bear with a sitter as he hadn’t been left without immediate family before, but she reassured us throughout the booking process. We had a meet-up with herself and her pup Rocky to test the waters and calm any concerns we had. Bear had his own little space to settle into and even joined in the fun with the other dogs later in the day by jumping the gate ? He had a total blast. Sophie kept us updated and was so kind and sweet throughout. We will absolutely choose her for a sitter next time, and will be recommending to friends! Thank you so much again, Sophie!! ❤️❤️”

“We are so pleased that we found Megan and Dan on here! I can not recommend them enough! This was the first time leaving our dog, however, from the meet and greet Megan made me feel so comfortable, I knew I had nothing to worry about. They offer a lovely accommodating home and our dog didn’t look back! We had daily updates and photos which was really lovely for our children. Ozzy came home happy and clean so I know he was very well looked after. I can’t thank them enough for opening their home to him and making it all such a stress/guilt free experience for us! “I am extremely happy with both Savanna and Ralph looking after Hachi. They kept me updated with videos and pics and I could see Hachi was having a wonderful short break exploring new surroundings. “We booked Audrey to look after our Cockapoo whilst we went on a quick holiday whilst the destination was green. We couldn't have picked a better person as Audrey and her mother (not forgetting Lotus and all the other dogs) gave Altin a wonderful time. He developed an ear infection which Audrey did everything possible to resolve and even took him to his vet for a check up and got ear drops for him. Nothing was too much and Audrey was brilliant in treating Altin. We picked our lovely dog up straight from arriving and we were amazed at how fit he looked. He was a little pudgy but Audrey took him for long walks and runs so now he has lost his chubbiness and looks great for it. Only downside is that we now have to keep it up with the long walks. We will now always use Audrey if she is available. Thanks to Audrey and her mum for being so wonderful. Fatma and Kelvin”

“I had a last minute change to my office day and Claire offered to look after dachshund pup. We had a chat and she wasn’t put off with his nervous (and energetic) behaviour. Rolo was at ease with Claire after a couple of minutes and judging by the photos and videos he had the best time! You can tell that Claire isn’t just doing this as a job but because she genuinely loves dogs. When I went to pick him up he was so calm and content, I’d recommend anyone worried about leaving your puppy with a stranger to book Claire, you’ll be glad you did!”

“1st time being boarded and my puppy was so happy and well looked after. Nazanin sent me regular updates and videos and kept a note of how much he ate etc…He also always loves it when he sees her for daycare, always super happy when she opens the door and he greets her with his tail wagging liking all the attention.”
