I reached out to them with emergency, being already very far away from home and my dog who was initially supposed to stay with my friend (who turned out to be not reliable). They not only agreed to take care of my dog last minute, but also provided a lot of support and understanding, really calming me down when I was in a crisis. Of course I don't have to mention that the time Jabi spent with them was probably the highlight of the year for him, he received tons of love and cuddles and nice walks in the nature.
