About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I can remember. I grew up with animal all my life. I had horses, guinea pigs hamsters and dogs. Love to surround myself with animals, even in the city. About: My name is Alex. I have been living in Amsterdam for the past 5 years. I have always been surrounded by animals and that's one of the things I miss the most from living abroad. I had hamsters, cats, two bunnies, and my lovely dog (a mix of belgian shepherd and husky). I know how to get around with animals and very energetic dogs, but also I know how to respect the space of each animal and understand what they want. I also enjoy going for walks a lot, so if it's next to an animal it would be way better! I work every day from home except from Tuesdays. I like going for a walk every day in my lunch break and I pretty much adapt my schedule to the dog. My other activities are meeting with friends for a coffee or a glass of wine, doing some excursions on the weekends and going to the gym during the week. I have a balcony in my apartment where the animal can stay if it needs fresh air. I live 10 minutes away from Vondelpark so it's an easy walk for the dog. I have more than one room where the animal can sleep.
