“Karla and her husband did an amazing job rescuing Loki from another dog sitter. They waited for hours in front of her house and were on call for days when I was on holiday, having sleepless nights. I felt so helpless not hearing from Loki at all and being promised to receive regular updates. The previous dogsitter was clearly not in a healthy mindset and everything else than capable of handling pets at all. Rover took her account down, fortunately, and I hope nobody else will go through a similar nightmare. I can't thank Karly and her husband enough for being reliable and comforting to Loki and myself. “Hi, Dean is the best pet caregiver I know - he has previously addopted a bull bread which was much loved and well trained for but passed away due to a teerminal illnas and Dean invested time and money in trying to save Cookie's life.
