We were worried about leaving him with a sitter for the first time as he can be a bit anxious, but Kathy was warm and welcoming and Murphy immediately seemed quite at home playing with Kathy and her daughter when we had a meet up prior to his stay. Kathy sent regular updates and pictures, and I felt really confident that Murphy was being properly looked after and that he looked happy. Murphy had a great time, and would probably have stayed put if he had the choice! He sat staring at our front door after he was dropped off! “This has been our dobermans second stay with Agata and Steven and we couldn’t fathom that they could give her much more love, attention and adoration than her first stay but Agata and Steven did! From home cooked treats to new toys, games at home, we could see our pup loved every moment in their home. The consistent updates made us tear up as our rescue pup started exhibiting more confidence, obedience and most of all a beautiful happy temperament. Our pup has extremely high levels of energy and Agata matched this with the walks and parks they explored together. Agata is extremely insightful about all breeds especially dobermans and has been so helpful and supportive in aiding us to find a suitable trainer for our pup too. We cannot be more thankful that we have found such a safe, loving home away from home for our pup and we know our dog dreams about her next holiday with them! Thank you!!”

About: People say you’re either a cat or a dog person, but I’m genuinely both! I grew up with cats but became a dog owner as an adult. I love all animals and work mostly from home on a freelance basis, so I have lots and lots of free time available to dedicate to your fur babies. My partner and I recently sadly lost our own dog, Osker, after a period of illness - so we are experienced dog owners even though we currently have no pets of our own. Also, we live immediately next to Holyrood Park so your dogs will receive some excellent walks with us! My work schedule is very flexible and I often work from home, so as long as I have at least a few days notice I can accommodate most pet care needs. Your pets will be the only animals in our home for the time that they’re with us, so we are happy to accommodate animals who don’t play well with other pets! We do not have a garden but we do live next to the biggest and most gorgeous park in Edinburgh so your pets will be treated to some excellent walks. We are very conscientious about keeping to the established routine of your pets, so we will carefully follow any guidance that you provide with regards to food and exercise requirements and timings. We have a large supply of pet toys, blankets etc in our home and happy for your animals to have free roam of our flat for the time that they are here.

Super flexible with drop of and pick up times and just generally exactly what you need for your fur babies when you go away.
