“Susan was great with our springer spaniel, Brodie. He’s a very active dog and her location and house is perfect with lots of access nearby and he was taken out long hikes during the day. Susan is lovely and provided me with photos and a little synopsis of the daily activities. She is very trustworthy and great at communicating. Brodie loved his stay with Susan!”

She has a wide knowledge about dogs (all different breeds) and knows how to make them feel at home. She will shower your dog with love, cuddles and treats. As well as taking your dog on nice long walks. My dog is a Cockapoo and he loves Shannon and loves sleepovers at her house. She is trustworthy, reliable and hard working and she will put your dog’s needs first.”

About: People say you’re either a cat or a dog person, but I’m genuinely both! I grew up with cats but became a dog owner as an adult. I love all animals and work mostly from home on a freelance basis, so I have lots and lots of free time available to dedicate to your fur babies. My partner and I recently sadly lost our own dog, Osker, after a period of illness - so we are experienced dog owners even though we currently have no pets of our own. Also, we live immediately next to Holyrood Park so your dogs will receive some excellent walks with us! My work schedule is very flexible and I often work from home, so as long as I have at least a few days notice I can accommodate most pet care needs. Your pets will be the only animals in our home for the time that they’re with us, so we are happy to accommodate animals who don’t play well with other pets! We do not have a garden but we do live next to the biggest and most gorgeous park in Edinburgh so your pets will be treated to some excellent walks. We are very conscientious about keeping to the established routine of your pets, so we will carefully follow any guidance that you provide with regards to food and exercise requirements and timings. We have a large supply of pet toys, blankets etc in our home and happy for your animals to have free roam of our flat for the time that they are here.
