I was really nervous about leaving my dog overnight as she doesn’t usually warm to strangers however Michael has been fantastic with her and she settled there really quickly. After several meetings in the park and at the house Jack reassured me that Betsy would be fine. He sent me daily updates, pictures and videos, Betsy had the best time, she absolutely loves Jack, he has a lovely manner with anxious dogs and along with Luke and Iris I can honestly say she is much less anxious amongst strangers. We will definitely keep in touch with Jack and can now look forward to more breaks knowing we will be leaving Betsy in the best of care.”

“Rosie made me feel so at ease leaving my young kitten (Lumi) when I had to be out for an entire day. I was so nervous because he is only 10 weeks but now I feel so much better. I always go straight to Rosie now without hesitating because I know no one else would be better. She asked questions to make sure she would do everything the way I needed her to, such as meal timings and snacks and also answered all of my worries. Lumi seemed so calm and happy when I returned and actually fell asleep on Rosie!! I have also seen her looking after a beautiful dog who loves her so much and the dog always looks so happy! Would 100% recommend Rosie to anyone!”
