“Rosie made me feel so at ease leaving my young kitten (Lumi) when I had to be out for an entire day. I was so nervous because he is only 10 weeks but now I feel so much better. I always go straight to Rosie now without hesitating because I know no one else would be better. She asked questions to make sure she would do everything the way I needed her to, such as meal timings and snacks and also answered all of my worries. Lumi seemed so calm and happy when I returned and actually fell asleep on Rosie!! I have also seen her looking after a beautiful dog who loves her so much and the dog always looks so happy! Would 100% recommend Rosie to anyone!”

“Carol took such good care of Teddy for 4 nights and he loved staying there. After the meet and greet I knew he would be in good hands as she has a lot of experience looking after dogs. “I left my Bonnie with Joanne (and Minnie!). Bonnie is 15 years old, virtually blind and deaf so I always worry about her but they both made me feel happy that she would be looked after well (On greet day Bonnie happily wondered around the garden and home and, after greeting her. Minnie gave Bonnie the space she likes and needs. Joanne sent me updates, photos and videos throughout and Bonnie was treated as one of the family there! Photos of both dogs sitting with Joanne. Something Bonnie would rarely do if she doesn’t know you well so that was lovely to see. Bonnie settled quite quickly once home. She would not have if she had been under a lot of stress whilst away so I know that she must have felt pretty relaxed even though she was in a completely new environment. Joanne was also very flexible with regards to collection time (due to flights back to the UK). This is helpful as you never know about delays etc. I would definitely book Joanne again :-)”
