“First time we left our 8 month old cat with Lucy. Communication was very good and Lucy was flexible with the drop off and pick up times. Our cat is very shy but settled in very quick and Lucy kept us updated with pictures and vidoes. We highly recommend Lucy for cat sitting and will definitely will be booking with her in the future.”

After several meetings in the park and at the house Jack reassured me that Betsy would be fine. He sent me daily updates, pictures and videos, Betsy had the best time, she absolutely loves Jack, he has a lovely manner with anxious dogs and along with Luke and Iris I can honestly say she is much less anxious amongst strangers. We will definitely keep in touch with Jack and can now look forward to more breaks knowing we will be leaving Betsy in the best of care.”

“Julia, Anthony and their two dogs were amazing with Tilly. They couldn't have done more to make her feel welcome. Their place is so well kitted out for dogs and super tidy and clean. We received daily updates and videos of Tilly on walks and having fun which was really cool to see. Will definitely be asking Julia and Anthony to look after Tilly again! Highly recommend!”

“Rosie made me feel so at ease leaving my young kitten (Lumi) when I had to be out for an entire day. I was so nervous because he is only 10 weeks but now I feel so much better. I always go straight to Rosie now without hesitating because I know no one else would be better. She asked questions to make sure she would do everything the way I needed her to, such as meal timings and snacks and also answered all of my worries. Lumi seemed so calm and happy when I returned and actually fell asleep on Rosie!! I have also seen her looking after a beautiful dog who loves her so much and the dog always looks so happy! Would 100% recommend Rosie to anyone!”

“Charlotte was great with Apollo and he got on really well with Ozzy! There was some communication issues but got those sorted quickly and it does happen. Charlotte kept me up to date with pictures, info and videos of Apollo which are always appreciated and help keep peace of mind! Apollo seemed really content with them and loved cuddling them, which is always a great sign. Think he also enjoyed his little holiday. I will be booking with Charlotte again!”
