Followed his routine and gave him lots of attention, which I know he loved. I received lots of updates which is always a bonus knowing what Arlo has been up to and to see him happy and playing! So friendly with both me and Arlo and accepted the booking with such short. It was Arlo’s first night stay away and Antigoni really made it feel easy for him! “I left my Bonnie with Joanne (and Minnie!). Bonnie is 15 years old, virtually blind and deaf so I always worry about her but they both made me feel happy that she would be looked after well (On greet day Bonnie happily wondered around the garden and home and, after greeting her. Minnie gave Bonnie the space she likes and needs. Joanne sent me updates, photos and videos throughout and Bonnie was treated as one of the family there! Photos of both dogs sitting with Joanne. Something Bonnie would rarely do if she doesn’t know you well so that was lovely to see. Bonnie settled quite quickly once home. She would not have if she had been under a lot of stress whilst away so I know that she must have felt pretty relaxed even though she was in a completely new environment. Joanne was also very flexible with regards to collection time (due to flights back to the UK). This is helpful as you never know about delays etc. I would definitely book Joanne again :-)”
