We have never been away from Roxy for more than 4 hours so leaving her for 24 hours wasn’t easy 🤣🤣 Heather sent us regular videos and pictures and it was clear to see how happy and content Roxy was. Juisana gave Charlie the highest level of care, she really helped him feel loved, safe and secure throughout his 2 wk stay. Our 1 year old went in fine and developed a cold and Mandy was great in contacting the vet and doing all she could so he could be as comfortable as possible specially as we were away and couldn’t collect him any earlier. She spent most of the days giving us updates either when he was well and when he got sick. Pictures and videos meant a lot. Definitely recommended it.”
