They were very welcoming when we arrived and Gigi felt immediately at home and was sniffing around and exploring the garden. They sent a few photos each day while on walks and at home playing and sent me text updates after walks and in the evening/morning. Gigi came back to me very happy and even said goodbye to them! “Sam (Zhong) and Harper looked after our lively Border Collie Piper for 4 nights at their home near Media City. We were delighted to receive very frequent updates - pictures and videos via a Whatsapp group, that showed our pooch happily eating, drinking, playing, and generally having a wonderful time. Sam and Harper were very proactive in reaching out to us, not only to share all of Piper's adventures, but also to ask questions and check on any concerns (which we had encouraged beforehand). They were very loving and kind to Piper, and she was devastated that she had to come back home when we collected her. In addition to all of the care, Sam and Harper were also very quick at responding to messages, and met us promptly for drop-off and pick-up. I'm sure that Piper would love to go and stay with Harper and Sam again in the future :)”

“Charis and her partner took care of our dog for almost two weeks, and I think it was, for Jojo, as close as what a dog holiday could look like! They look after Jojo so well, following her little routine, trying new things, and, cherry on the cake, they also celebrated Jojo's first birthday with balloons and special treats!!!
