She made Bailey feel completely at home, administered his apoquel perfectly and made sure he had lots of playtime as well. “Lena had unforeseen personal matters to attend to giving us heads up and proposing an alternative solution for that date; we agreed despite it being Ruby's first time as we felt it would go smoothly regardless and of course it did! Lena even did a meet and greet walking a long trek prior to the dog sitting date to let Ruby get to know her, she totally didn't have to! Everything went great with the actual date despite Lena not being present herself, we got updates and constant communication during the day, Ruby definitely seemed to have fun whilst we were gone! “Victoria and Sam looked after Maisie for me twice in the space of a few days and couldn’t have had a better experience. Victoria suggested meeting up beforehand in the park to make sure Maisie was familiar with her and even showed me a pic of their living space to put me at ease. The second time I took Maisie she seemed so excited to see them - I knew she’d obviously been well looked after and had a great time. They also sent pictures while I was out of Maisie having a lovely time. I will 100% be booking their services again and am so grateful to have found such a perfect fit for Maisie! Any worries or hesitations I had were easily managed and relieved with how responsive Victoria is - you can tell her and Sam are absolute dog lovers through and through! Thank you again!”

“Tanyia is a true dog lover. She truly adores her lovely dog, Cheeku, and always goes above and beyond to make sure he has everything he needs. She has looked after my very nervous rescue pup, Woody, many times and has become one of his absolute favourite people. Woody doesn't usually go near anyone as he's very fearful of people, but he will happily climb all over Tanyia for a cuddle. Woody also loves to play with Cheeku, who is a fun yet gentle friend to any dog. While Woody is in her care, Tanyia always makes sure to keep in touch with pictures and updates, and I feel completely at ease knowing he's very well cared for and loved. Would recommend to anybody looking for a safe and friendly pair of hands for their dog!”
