“Marlene is an excellent dog sitter, she took care of my babies while we were on holiday. She is such a kind lady, she looked after my whippet using hot water bag to keep him warm and provided blankets etc. She also looked after my poodle who has an ear allergic reaction, she administrated ear drops daily and gave them lots of cuddles. She also updated me daily, provided lots of photos and videos, thank you so much! I’d definitely recommend Marleane and would love to have her help for the next time!”

“Richard and Oakki made our 1-year-old puppy Shadow's first sleepover at a stranger's an absolute delight! Our fluff ball has only stayed with family in the past when my partner and I travel but they live quite far from London so finding someone local to look after our pup would be much easier. We met with Oakki before our trip and she was absolutely lovely! She has experience with fluffy, spitz breeds which gave me a lot of reassurance as Shadow can be a diva. On the day of drop off, they were super clear on the house rules for the dogs and were very understanding of Shadow's routine for walking and eating. They provided videos and photos of every key moment in Shadows days and showcased our training such as waiting for food etc which was amazing to see. Shadow is also super used to having people at home 95% of the time so it was lovely to see that he was never alone during his sleepover! Also, Shadow is super fluffy so it was lovely to see that his coat was in lovely shape when we picked him up :) Thank you so much for being so lovely, Shadow has the best time!”

“We recently had the pleasure of having Lena look after our little bulldog, Stitch, for a couple of nights while we were of town. From the getgo, Lena put our minds at ease with her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals, which made leaving Stitch a bit easier for us. During her stay, Lena took Stitch to both Olympic and Victoria Park, making sure that she had plenty of space to run around and play. Stitch returned home happy and very exhausted, which is always a good sign! (And a relief for us as we were also tired after a long journey back). We’re always a bit nervous leaving Stitch with new people but Lena did a great job to send us regular updates and photos, making us feel connected and assurer that Stitch was in great hands.
