They followed the instructions I left for his schedule and were great in communication. They are responsible, caring and professional. They sent me plenty of fun photos and videos Floki. They also gave me some feedback for the future which was very useful. After a rainy they, they washed Floki and he seemed so happy with all the grooming and spa day at home =) I will defintely schedule more day-care and boarding with them.”

I booked her at very last moment when another sitter cancelled my booking after spending 1 night with my puppy, because my puppy cried and howled at night as it was his first time without us. But Alessia managed to bond with my puppy beautifully and also my puppy bonded with her daughter (my puppy is a bit grumpy one and is not very friendly with new people, children and other dogs), but he played with other dogs in her house. All thanks to Alessia who gave my puppy a professional care and love. Thank you ?”
