She came to meet Ted a few days before he stayed with her and took the trouble to get to know him She was always quick to respond, and kept us updated with photos throughout his stay. “I was apprehensive about leaving my nervous chihuahua/cross with anyone for 24 hours but Synolda was perfect for him. She is so relaxed and has a natural empathy with dogs which my dog responded to immediately (this is very unusual!). It also helped that there were two other small dogs there to help him settle in and to play with in the Bark Park :) Synolda sent me regular updates and made the experience so much less stressful for us so we were able to enjoy our family event. I highly recommend Synolda and would take my dog to her again without hesitation.”
