“Our original sitter had an emergency while we were out of town, requiring our dog to be reassigned immediately. We were concerned that we would need to fly home. The Rover Support Team was able to look for a new sitter and Shante volunteered immediately, even though she did not get our dog dropped off until near midnight. She was quick to give us updated information able our dog and continued to send pictures every day to let us know our dog was well taken care of. She was very cooperative concerning when would could pick up our dog.”
