About: I live in a 3 bedroom house in Itasca. There is a great park less than a block away from my house for walking or throwing a ball. I have a dog friendly cat named Button. My goal is to make your pet as comfortable as possible in my home. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make that happen. I am open to many kinds of special requests. I would love to set up a meet and greet before booking any stays to make sure my dog gets along with your pet. I am a retired local teacher with pet sitting experience. I am open to anything during the summer months. I work August-May but can still care for pets. Just contact me for additional information and details. I will treat your dog like my own. I will take it for walks and let it move freely around my home. My yard is not fenced.

“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Emily was amazing with our Goose! Not only was she able to take him on such a short notice, she was excited about having him stay with her.
