“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. She sent me daily pictures and updates of Goose playing with her pups and having a fantastic time. Emily’s communication was fantastic and helped ease any anxiety I had about not being able to bring Goose with us on a road trip. “Angie was wonderful with our one year old mini bernedoodle Reggie. This was only the second time he stayed in someone’s house and the first time with Angie ! “Andrew is wonderful! My Bri was so well taken care of, she almost didn't want to go home. Andrew provides a wonderful home and family environment. Clean, dogs play openly and the videos and pictures show them all having fun and even playing with the kids who adore having dogs around. On a personal note, anyone who fosters a blind and deaf dog shows his love fir animals (BTW, the blind dogs played as much as t h e rest of them). This is not a sitter, the dogs feel at home. I was worried about them with dogs as they’ve never been exposed but her experience and professionalism got them acclimated so well! She was thorough and sent tons of videos and pictures which clearly showed how comfortable they truly were. They were completely themselves as if they were at home!
