“Mel is an absolutely incredible and I am so happy that I found her. We were scheduled to visit my parents and just before we left, our girl went into heat. I was a mess trying to figure out what to do and so sad/worried to leave our girl during that time, as she was so restless. My anxiety evaporated when we met Mel who was so caring, totally pampered our girl, and took everything that came with the situation without batting an eye. We (and our kids) we so happy and put at ease by all of the updates and videos we received. I was able to enjoy the time with my parents without worry and am so grateful. We (and Mochi) look forward to seeing Mel again next time!”
