“Hello, I did a "meet and greet" with Vanessa prior to a one night of boarding. My 5 year old rescue is kinda shy until she warms up. Vanessa explained that she too had a shy dog which made me feel comfortable. I dropped Skittles off for a one night stay. Skittles always hates when I drop her off and this was no exception but Vanessa was able to handle Skittles' apprehension. That night Vanessa text me letting me know that Skittles was not eating and offered to make some white rice or plain shredded chicken. I text Vanessa back saying that Skittles sometimes doesn't eat in general and that she kinda grazes on her food all day long. But the care that Vanessa showed warmed my heart because she clearly knew what to do in this situation. This was only a one night stay and I returned early the next day and texted Vanessa to see if I could pick Skittles up early and she was able to accommodate my request!
