About: If you are local and looking for a regular home for your pup to hang out during the work day, we would love to have regular playmates over. Our dog Baloo would love to share the backyard with a friend! I currently work part-time in Truckee and the rest of the time I work at home. My partner also works from home part-time, so one of us is usually home and available to keep an eye on pups. During the winter months, I am on-call for storm monitoring most weekends so I may not be able to confirm availability if there is snow/rain in the forecast until Friday. I have a fully fenced yard and live close to the beach and trails. We do not allow dogs on furniture, but dogs have free roam of the place otherwise. A typical weekday will include hanging out in the yard (or inside) while I work, play breaks, and a couple of walks. When providing house-sitting or check-in services I will follow the client's schedule. I will propose a time for a meet and greet so that we can go over important/special details and so that I have an opportunity to meet the dog or cat and have you show me around your home. Open communication is crucial, so please do not feel like there is any information that is not worth sharing.
